Nutrition very important to me

“Safe” snacks I know and trust:

  • Nuts & dried fruit
  • Bars (no weird ingredients)
  • Honey or almond butter
  • Electrolytes / mineral salts
  • Basic supplements (only the ones I always use)

I’m very careful with what I eat, so I always bring something that makes me feel calm and confident.

Mind & Routine

  • A book
  • Headphones for music/meditation
  • Something that feels like “home”: a small item that relaxes me
  • Training journal or notes

Travel Essentials

  • Comfortable tracksuit and hoodies
  • Slides / flip-flops
  • Power bank & chargers
  • Documents, passes, insurance

Thinking about changing your racket?

Choosing the wrong racket before a tournament can cost you more than you think — in performance, in confidence, in matches. Don’t guess. Test first.

Tennis Warehouse Europe’s Demo Program lets you try rackets at home for 7 days — and if you decide to buy, you get the 15€ shipping cost back. No risk. No guessing.

Select brands and models. Purchase must be within 3 weeks of demoing.
